I don't know what you are experiencing, there is so much out there that we don't know about. I can tell you that alot of people have had similar experiences, so there must be something to it. |

I beleive there is something there. However the ouija board can be confusing matters. I would not beleive any information gotten from one of this boards. |

I believe you are seeing a spirit. I saw something 2 years ago and it took me a long while to feel comfortable in this old house. Whether it is a grandparent or the previous owner, when you are in the house just speak outloud and tell whoever it is to not show themselves again. That is what I did after seeing "something" I had a medium come in and she told me about the person(s) and they meant no harm. I had the house blessed by a priest also. The spirits are always around us. Verbalize you know they are there and tell them to leave or please do not manifest themselves in any way because it frightens you.
I am doing much better although I have those brief moments of running into something again.
