I had alot things happen to me and my family in my old house...sighting, sounds, lights, footsteps, beds shaking, visions,and so on.. it burned down the same night my oldest son heard it call my name... I wrote a few posts about it. Have you ever heard of a ghost catching a house on fire? The fire department never could explain how it started.. but they do know it started in the garage, and that is where most of the sightings were. You seem to know alot about these things.. so what do you think? |

If the fire was caused by a ghost I do not believe this was what it was trying to do. I can say that I have never heard of a ghost doing this. Since I have do not know the history I can not really say for sure if this was caused by a Ghost trying to manifest or something else. But in theory I would say it could be possible if all the right conditions were present.
I do have a few questions if you do not mind.
Are you still seeing and hearing things now?
You said that your son heard it call your name before the fire. Did it ever try to Communicate before?

On the tv show "Unsolved Mysteries" there's a story about a 4-yr old girl, Heidi Wyrick, from Mauk, GA who actually met a ghost (a grown man who had died about 20 years before this started)and was playing with him. To her he looked as real as you & me. He pushed her on a swing, talked to her & spent time with her. ANYWAY, you have to see the rerun to get the full story. At the time this came out, I was working with Heidi's grandfather and he told me everything that happened to Heidi was true (and more incidences that weren't on the show)...and still goes on today (she's a teenager now). You say ghosts can't interface with people but ghosts interfaced with her. The documentary, "A Haunting in Georgia" tells her story up to date. What's up with this? |

First you need to understand the difference between a haunting and a ghost.
First thing that everyone says when something happens is that it is a ghost that is causing the problem. As I have said a ghost can not harm the living. So I can say without doubt it is not a ghost.
What we have is a haunting caused by some other force. I can not even speculate on what it might be without more information.
People always blame a ghost when they do not know what the cause of the problem is. What Heidi has met is NOT a ghost. I wish I could tell you what it is. It could be something at the location. It could be a attachment to a object, or it could have attached to a person. There are maybe hundreds of things it might be but I can say without doubt it is not a Ghost…..
